Tendering Officer - S.O.S. HR Solutions Jan 27th 2013, 11:55 CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develop and accurately identify projected costing of projects and deliverables as part of the quotation process covering projects' lifecycle. 2. Develop and ensure that all tendering documents include sufficient information pertaining to price balance (financial standing) and quality (time, experience, capability, and competence) 3. Ensure that all related documents abide to any legislative requirements set by Kuwait government authorities 4. Develop, gather and confirm projects' specifications with internal and external stakeholders and parties 5. Coordinate and follow up on all phases of the bid preparation process 6. Fully responsible for the proposal and tendering of various projects as per the business operational needs and requirements 7. Develop standardized structured documents to handle suppliers' databases, price lists & quotations, service/product selection, and technical specifications 8.
