Must have at least 5 years Gulf experience. Arrange interviews and make any necessary arrangements for recruitment. Organize staff training sessions, workshops, activities, payrolls. Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance and evaluation. Should have excellent technical, entrepreneurial, interpersonal, communication and motivational skills. Well versed in computer applications and accustomed to ISO 9001 protocols.
