The position will include being the sole point of contact for customers and field sales specialists, in the preparation of job quotations, liaising with sales managers and sister companies. You will also track the commercial history to ensure customer satisfaction and also to review customer enquiries and Letters of Credit. Your duties will also extend to monitoring the internal orders and quality as well as payment and problem resolution. The job will be a cenral point between agents and customers.
