Reports to Finance Manager
•Principles and concepts to ensure reliability and relevant recording of transactions.
•Timely preparation of cheque payment vouchers to suppliers
•Reconciliation of suppliers accounts, preparation of adjusting journal entries and debit memo for noted discrepancies.
•Liaising with suppliers and other related parties regarding Accounts Payable.
•Preparation of payable reports and Supplier Reconciliation of General Ledger versus Subsidiary Ledger.
•Reconciliation of customers accounts, preparation of adjusting journal entries and credit memo for noted discrepancies.
•Liaising with customers and other related parties regarding Accounts Receivable.
•Preparation of accounts receivable reports, aging analysis and other reports.
•Preparation of Accounts Receivable reconciliation of General Ledger versus Subsidiary Ledger.
•Maintains bank reconciliations report.
•Dealing with banks for any related transactions.
•Perform cost and financial analyses, include among others; product costing, cost by component, variance analysis including the reason of such variances, profitability analysis and material pricing analysis,
•Preparation of adhoc financial and management information analyses as required.
•Prepares Key Performance Indications (KPIs) such as inventory turn-over, A/R turn-over, day's sales outstanding (DSO), day's inventory outstanding (DIO) and day's payable outstanding (DPO) etc.
•Monitors raw materials and finished goods inventory report, and their movements
•Prepares management report comparing actual versus plan and year-ago for performance evaluation.
•Assists in the budget and forecasting preparation.
•Assists in the preparation of audit lead schedules and requirements.
