1. To conduct system analysis and development, to keep systems current with changing technologies.
2. Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications
3. Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming.
4. Responsible for developing new programs and proofing the program to develop needed changes to assure production of a quality product.
5. Establishing a detailed program specification through discussion with clients;
6. Breaking down program specification into its simplest elements and translating this logic into a programming language;
7. Updating, enhancing, modifying and developing existing software and generic applications.
8. Ability to work on multiple projects and manage priorities.
9. Pro-active, eager in coming up with innovative ideas to either enhance and improve the user experience of using the various channels or in coming up with new features to improve the channels functionality and offering.
10. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
11. Must maintain current and highest level of technical skill in the field of expertise.
12. Ability to work with teams to resolve issues and arrive at appropriate solutions.
13. Maintain high standards of professionalism & appearance at all times.
14. Adhere to the banks established procedures, policies and guidelines.
15. Pursue any other related activities as directed by superiors
