Network Administrator - ESNAD CO. LTD Mar 1st 2013, 11:20 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for network implementation and documentation of all LAN and WAN systems and peripheral equipment. Ensuring that secure configuration and best practices are implemented. • Good knowledge and skills in maintaining and supporting extensive Cisco Network solutions using the latest industry best practices and technologies. • Design, installation and testing of network hardware and software systems required for operation of network. • Maintaining policies, standards and procedures for LAN, WAN, terrestrial and satellite communication. • Responsible for the security of the network and through following effective policies and procedures in this regard. • Provides technical advice and day-to-day support to all network users regarding the use of system and responds to user problems. • Monitors network security, performance, maintains system logs and schedule network maintenance as required. • Monitor network performance on a periodic basis and compile network performance reports. • Configure routes and switches. • Provide 24-hour on-call support.
