To monitor and report on performance of quality, safety & environmental management systems in workshop.
To supervise & guide inspectors to carry out their routine inspections.
To act as a point contact for all Quality escapes within the workshops, and ensure Corrective & Preventative Actions are followed up and verified according to procedure
Ensuring that the workshop inspection reports are finished within deadlines and to meet customer requirements.
Ensure final inspections are carried out in compliance with company specifications prior to release for packing.
Review Inspection documents and communicate with all concerned to ensure compliance with procedures.
To assist in the development and implementation of all workshop repair & coating processes, procedures and workshop QC controls.
To ensure quality standards / procedures are maintained and communicated.
To support workshop repair quality control activities by providing technical assistance and recommendations.
Responsibility for implementing, maintaining, communicating and operating all QHS&E requirements.
