• Analyze service performance, monitor efficiency and labor productivity
• Develop action plans to achieve revenue and profit targets
• Advise on improvement areas and maintain high standard of quality workmanship
• Set objectives, review performance and identify training needs of individual team members
• Identify opportunities to reduce operational expenses
• Manage customer complaints tactfully, follow-up with dissatisfied customers
• Ensure smooth co-ordination between front office, workshop and parts departments
• Analyze technical problems and provide workable solutions
