1. Conduct studies and researches and provide completed policy proposals related to HR.
2. Work as the Governors with the Group Management and GHR relating to a variety of HR policies areas.
3. Develop and maintain GHR policies manual including required forms and procedures, and ensure the same is well communicated and accessible to all Company's employees.
4. Provide functional staff guidance for the various HR programs related to HR policies.
5. Audit and follow-up on a variety of human resource functions to ensure compliance with the approved policies and procedures.
6. Monitor laws that affect Company HR policies and procedures and recommend and draft new and revised personnel policies and procedures, as necessary.
7. Research and conduct impact analysis studies on issues regarding HR policies changes.
8. Coordinate with the Company's HR Division to manage and conduct awareness campaigns and training programs for Company regarding GHR policies and procedures.
9. Act as an arbiter to other Group Companies and employees with regards to GHR policies and procedures.
10. Keep up-to-date on changes to labor laws, arbitration decisions and any other matter that might impact employee relations policies
11. Review employees` contract disputes and mediate labor related disputes and grievances between companies staff and other government organizations.
