1. Ensure proper implementation of the Training strategic goals, targets and objectives developed by SRP board.
2. Ensure proper implementation of the Training policies, procedures and standards developed by SRP board.
3. Manage and oversee the Training programs to identify organizational and individual training needs in KSA.
4. Design and develop the training calendar for SRP in coordination with railway companies in KSA and the operator.
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through training evaluation forms and performance monitoring of the operator.
6. To monitor the curriculum and content of the technical courses through interaction with the operator & railway companies.
7. Review alignment with the required training requirements and benchmark training content to ensure that training curriculum and conduct is in line with world class standards.
8. Develop and review employee performance evaluation techniques and reports.
9. Coordinate with HRDF, TVTC, and Etc…
10. Evaluate and choose between external and in-house training using cost benefits analysis and scenarios.
11. Evaluate subordinates performance in a fair, transparent and objective manner in a periodic basis.
