Role and Responsibilities
-Produce the related program management templates based on the PMO methodologies.
- Follow up the program execution and ensure benefits realization based on PMO methodologies.
- Manage and monitor the program implementation based on the PMO methodologies.
- Manage the project management team of the program.
-Manage effective communication within program workflow.
- Issue program status and progress reports on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with the PMO for compliance check based on the PMO methodologies.
- Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple and large scale projects.
- Review high-level deliverables across projects.
- Minimize company exposure and risk across multiple projects.
- Manage scope and mitigate risk across projects.
- Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for all
assigned projects.
- Supervising PMs, avoiding project overlapping, set project dependencies and develop program master
plan.
- Analyze and accurately forecast profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects to
meet revenue goals and profitability expectations.
- Identify partnership opportunities and capitalize on "add-on" sales opportunities across projects.
- Assist in the identification of strategic project(s) and program(s).
- Work in conjunction with the sales team to follow up on sales leads within practice.
- Grow long-term relationships with clients and capitalizes on equity and partnership opportunities.
- Serve as key participant in team and client meetings.
-Confront issues openly and quickly.
-Effectively communicate relevant program/practice information to superiors and peers in other programs.
- Tactfully communicate sensitive information.
- Handle difficult personnel situations directly, using appropriate discretion, HR advice, and respect for the
individual.
- Assist in the evaluation and redesign of practice offerings.
- Possess a thorough understanding of our service offerings, technical preferences, and technical direction.

-Manage day-to-day client interaction and expectations for assigned Program.

relationships.
- Possess basic knowledge of each client's project, organization and objectives.
- Participate in all programs relating to performance evaluations and career development planning.
- Review evaluations within practice for consistency.
- Mentor managers through formal channels.
- Assess training needs and select training tools for team members.
- Manage the development of project teams by ensuring that project tasks are in line with each Innovator's
career interests.
- Easily recognize areas for internal improvement and develop plans for implementation.
- Lend expertise to internal teams and task forces.
- Review the status reports for the projects and address issues as appropriate.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and provide support / necessary awareness.
-Perform assigned organizational and coordination responsibilities.
-Comply with and enforce standard policies and procedures.
