Social Media and Marketing Manager (inbound) May 26th 2013, 04:27 • Hands-on management of all Social Media platforms and direct liaison to inbound consumer traffic and inquiries • Ensures consistency and translates content from Online editing team across all platforms • Responds directly to all customer enquiries and conducts trainings with the Regency Travel and Tours Sales team to coordinate responses and convert inquiries to sales, educate on campaigns, promotions etc. • Must review, assess and coordinate inbound social media traffic reports and analysis to Social Media Manager • Conduct competitor analysis of key regional and local market players in travel and tourism sector • Identify buying or consumer trends and suggest creative applications to the Social Media Manager and Online Editor • Review Regency Travel and Tours products success and challenges and strategically suggest and present solutions to increase visibility on the relevant digital platforms • Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations; • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships; • Digitally link and connect content from offline to online platforms including two magazines(Qatar Quest and Regency Holidays) and main websites • Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the campaign; • Training internal sales teams on new promotions or campaigns • Maintaining and updating databases with new social media contacts • Evaluating the online success of online marketing campaigns; • Assessing company website and digital platforms • Updating content across all platforms (must have digital experience) • Developing and creating marketing campaigns (must have proven track record and involvement at a senior level) • Supporting the CEO, Deputy General Manager, Marketing and Communications Manager and the team Job Details Date Posted: 2013-05-26 Job Location: Doha, Qatar Job Role: Marketing/PR Company Industry: Hospitality/Tourism/Travel Preferred Candidate Career Level: Management Apply Now - Jobs in Qatar - Search All Jobs
