- Manage the team to design the promotional materials and maintains contacts with field sales team, in order to supervise all promotional activities.
- Lead the development of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories.
- Responsible for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase product presence in stores and ultimate off-take.
- Responsible for management and monitoring of Trade Marketing Investments and initiatives execution.
- Contribute to the Company's goals and objectives and improve products' market share and productivity performance.
- Establish channel strategies and implementing the associated plans.
- Develop a trade promotional plan for key customers and all channels.
- Ensure alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with Corporate Marketing and budget management.
- Work closely (in coordination with field team) with key customers to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance.
