About Your Job:
This vacancy is a requirement within Pricing and Revenue Management (P&RM) Department.
As Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing process requirements and designs. You will implement new process work flows and develop process documentations and organizational alignments within P&RM Department. Your main objective is to improve and/or change operational workflows to effectively support Qatar Airways growth initiatives specific to the P&RM Department.
You will be working closely with the Business Process Manager with the execution and implementation of new processes, workflows, policies and procedures. You will identify opportunities on existing processes to either increase efficiency or quality of decision making for delivering values within the department.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role must have strong understanding of business process and documentation and quality control techniques. You must have at least 2 years exposure in Revenue Management processes and understands the different workflows required in each of the processes.
You must have excellent English with clear and concise writing skills. You must also have good influencing and persuading qualities to change attitudes and behaviours of people within the department on the changes and improvements being implemented. It is important that you have experience in managing the implementation of new work processes and must be computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of MS Project is a plus.
