Our client a leading engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance company that services the oil & gas, petrochemicals, power and water sectors. We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to head a busy Engineering department in their Qatar office.
You will be responsible for reviewing Tender Drawings & Documents and preparation / submission of queries for Client clarifications. Site Survey, Pre Bid Design and Engineering. Preparation of Material take-off and preparation of sub-activity breakdown for major activities. Bid Presentation for Management information during bidding stage. Preparation of ITB and RFQ . Cost estimation and Bid Technical Proposal including Preliminary Project Schedule, Execution Plan, and Method Statement including project milestones, Manpower & Equipment Mobilization Schedules / Histograms / S-Curves etc. Techno-Commercial Evaluation of Vendor quotes for Equipment / Materials / Sub-Contracts.
Preparation Price Summary / Breakdown etc. in client preferred formats / templates Supporting other departments Contracts, Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Project Support and Project divisions during various phases of project.
