Role Summary/Purpose
- Smooth installation and upgrades preparations, execution and support following central guidelines & best practices - Installation and Upgrade support to Field Service
Essential Responsibilities
- Prepare and report upgrade checklist - Support field service teams for upgrade preparation & execution - Support junior FE's in case of complex installation or installation of new products - On site upgrade execution with Field Service Engineer support - Part of a Virtual Team to assist other regions, where needed - Reporting to the Regional I&U Leader. - Close collaboration with the local FSE team and Services Manager - PRO-ACTIVE Knowledge sharing and lessons learned with Central team to share best practice across - Quality - Maintain an effective Quality System and comply with the requirements of ISO 9001, the Quality Policy and documented processes. Promptly escalate any quality or integrity issue. - Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) - Comply with the EHS Policies and applicable laws and regulations. Complete all mandatory EHS training. Actively participate in accident & incident investigation and follow up. Maintain defined levels of housekeeping & ensure a clean, clear workplace and participate in EHS inspections. Identify and correct hazards and unsafe conditions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Min. 2 years FSE experience with excellent technical skills- Experienced in installation and upgrade activities- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills - Demonstrated flexibility and problem solving skills- Good customer interaction skills- Strong execution skill- Excellent communication skills- Team player.- Able to operate well under stress- Fluent English language.- Well orga
