We now require a Sales Account Manager based in Dubai, to help expand the recently acquired Fekete suite of products to the region. Our innovative software incorporates the latest in technology, and provides practical and advanced solutions for reservoir engineering and production optimization projects.
The successful candidate will be accountable for the following key responsibilities:
• Develop new software sales projects, which include determining the best means to target the client, and identifying what sales/marketing support is needed.
• Create and fully implement sales strategies.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue additional sales opportunities.
• Make cold calls to expand the client base.
• Administer annual software renewals with up sell.
• Conduct one-on-one, and web-based support sessions / technical demonstrations for clients.
• Follow up on opportunities related to software-demo downloads.
• Manage client information, quotes, contracts, and invoices within IHS's customer relationship management system.
• Successfully achieve monthly and yearly targets.
