General Manager - Theme Park China (Operations) - Manpower Middle East Oct 28th 2013, 05:19 A leading group in China is seeking a General Manager for their operations to be based in Beijing in China. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and validation of all standards related to the operations of theme park attractions and guest services. You are responsible for developing safety standards, measuring and auditing those standards to insure safe theme park attractions operations, guest relations, Main Entrance ticketing and all other services that interface with the guests of the theme parks. You will manages all operational input into the design and development processes for new theme park businesses. You will partner with Training and HR to ensure a common service and leadership culture across sites.
