GM of Theme Park Corporate Office - China - Manpower Middle East Oct 28th 2013, 05:16 A rapidly growing group of companies is seeking a Deputy General Manager to be based within the corporate office of the theme park management centre based in Beijing, China. The Deputy GM of IE & Service Metrics will lead and develop a team that will provide analytical decision making support for management. You will be responsible for proactively identifying improvement opportunities within the Parks relating to operational performance, labor efficiency, capacity planning, and productivity improvements. You will also be responsible for establishing standards and methodologies associated with researching and quantifying customer experience and operational performance. You will apply research skills to all areas of the Park operations including, but not limited to rides, entertainment, merchandise, food & beverage, ticketing and transportation.
