Principal Accountabilities (Key Performance Areas)
1. Recruitment
a. Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
b. Conduct initial interviews.
c. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
d. Conduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
e. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
f. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate.
g. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
h. Post and Utilize the Internet for recruitment (Dubbizle, Bayt, Naukri etc.)
i. Coordinates with some agency for most of key positions.
j. Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
2. Perform pre-payroll process:
a. Handle attendance and overtime hours monitoring/receiving on a weekly basis.
b. Data entry of OT hours for various department and make summary sheet accordingly.
c. Calculating and comparing monthly overtime of employees for payroll preparation.
d. Check submitted attendance records and overtime authorization to ensure correctness of data.
e. Generates daily attendance record as required.
f. Print pay slip and distribute to concern department.
g. Records keeping of attendance sheets.
3. Provide assistance in creating job descriptions.
4. Responsible in resolving administrative issues related to payroll-attendance record/OT authorization and escalate to the HR Manager for any critical matter(s).
5. Prepare monthly reports of consolidated OT hours in Operations and submit to HR Manager. c
6. Checks and validates Site and Trip Allowance on a monthly basis.
7. Carry out and assistance implementation of related company policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
8. Perform assigned HR task:
a. ERP HRMS data entry to ensure accuracy and correctness - employee job/personal details updating (transfer/promotion/etc.).
b. Prepare employment contract of new employee
c. Prepares Birthday cards on a monthly basis
9. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time
