• Build a solid inside/lead generation team that exceeds sales revenue goals by driving existing business and generating new opportunities.
• Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads & prospects
• Monitor employee productivity and motivate team to reach daily goals
• Coordinate department activities and projects to meet project timelines
• Evaluate and improve inside sales and sales administration processes
• Supervise team in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Provide coaching for existing Account Managers and training for new members
• Work with Human Resources to determine appropriate staffing levels
• Manage performance & salary reviews and work on employees develop plans
• Resolve interpersonal issues within department
• Schedule and lead department staff meetings, workshops and functions
• Report to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities and threats
• Suggest improvement that can be made to increase value of collateral
• Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship manager (CRM) system. Provide data quality checks weekly.
