My client, a leading IT Solutions provider in the Middle East is looking for an experienced, Cisco-expert to perform a variety of functions in order to maintain their Gold-Certification.
Functions of the role include:
- Handling partners' rebates across the Gulf and Pakistan
- Ensuring enrolment for all partners' incentive programmes and promotions
- Ensuring specialization roles for Cisco VIP qualification remain current, in order for my client to qualify for Cisco VIP rebate every quarter
- Ensuring my client re-certifies for all Specialisation & ATP Certifications before expiry
- Ensuring my client's compliancy with partners' programmes
- Planning and preparation for yearly Cisco Gold audit, ensuring the communication and engagement with respective LOBs, ensure the client maintains Gold certification
- Ensuring my client achieves VIP customer satisfaction targets every VIP period
- Coordinating and delivering training and workshops requested by regional team
- Coordinating and driving marketing events requested by regional and branch teams
- Coordinating major marketing events such as Gitex, Expo, seminars and all respective events throughout the year
- Developing standards and procedures for interfacing with partners and vendors for a consistent approach
- Keeping INS email account and Networking Database up to date
- Performing general Networking Marketing Activities
- Maintaining Cisco/partners Channel relationships
- Being a Quality Representative for the organization
- Maintaining skills/resources of all networking & site/cabling personnel
- Maintaining Cisco Csapp records by client's location
- Maintaining records of personnel contributing to Specialization and ATP roles
- Granting access and keeping the records of all contributors towards the profiles on partners' website
