Right now we are seeking to recruit a number of experienced Senior Structural / Civil Engineers who have an extensive background on multi-site construction ventures. As an integral part of the team you will be tasked in contributing to the on time and delivery of the overall development. In order fulfil the tasks assigned to you by the client you will you have the expertise to perform the following duties:
• The Analysis and Design of various types of concrete and steel structures
• Preparation of structural design calculations.
• Preparation of concept, scheme and detail designs and reports.
• Preparation of structural details and checking of drawings.
• Working closely with Architects and all services engineers.
• Liaising with the clients in order to gain approval of drawings and designs
• Preparation of technical notes and structural rectification method statements
• Review and check of designs and drawings prepared by others.
• Review and approval of shop drawings.
• Preparation of tender specification and bill of quantities.
• Preparation of proposals for various types of projects..
• Preparation of Data Bank of completed projects.
• Plan own work and work of your team on weekly/monthly basis.
• Liaise with govt. agencies and clients as required on technical aspect.
