Job Purpose:
• Provides technical help desk for all technical issue. Supports the Field Service Engineers and Projects.
Reporting Relation:
Deputy Technical Director - System Support
Responsibilities
• Corrections and repairs of technical problems.
• Keeping up to date technical solutions in correspondence with global service.
• System checks relating to technical problems in relation to complaints.
• Support technical projects during implementation (new technologies / packaging material)
• Preparation of technical reports.
• The implementation of modifications (must points) and optimizations.
• Treatment of problems regarding the improvement of robustness of the filling lines in cooperation with Deputy Technical Director - System Support and Global Service Pool / Global System Technology.
• Support on customer claim handling.
• Install and maintain ECS servers.
• Support projects. Commissioning and Handover of filling lines within the projects
• Cover Field Service Engineers for annual leave and training when required.
• Special assignments as requested by the Deputy Technical Director - System Support
• Problem solving at the 2nd escalation step and follow up 3rd escalation step.
