About the Business:
A new company within the Al Futtaim group entitled "Al Futtaim Vehicle Rentals LLC" is being set up in Qatar to manage the rental of vehicles & the provision of driven services. This operation will be based in Doha with local management working in tandem with management & operational support provided by Al Futtaim Group UAE.
AVR (Al-Futtaim Vehicle Rental) is the newest and fastest growing car rental and leasing company based in Doha, Qatar. Supported by the successes seen by other car rental and leasing operations in the Al Futtaim group AVR aims to become a leader in delivery of best in class vehicle rental and leasing within Qatar.
About the Job:
As Business Development Executive your primary responsibilities will include:
* Maximise all lease and car rental opportunities to bring profitable corporate business for AVR
* Support the Business Development Manager in sales strategies, targets and sales performance so that profitability, growth and revenue targets are met or exceeded
* Build strong and effective account management relationships with all customers
* Win new customers from building own prospect base
* Develop customer relationships to enhance profit levels and penetration of services
* Plan and implement customer retention and relationship development
* Contribute to formulation of policy and strategy within the sales and marketing function
* Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems
* Work closely with accounts and collections team to ensure debts are minimised
* Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, whilst protecting and developing the company's brands via suitable PR activities and own presentation
* Deliver against all sales revenue and profit targets for lease and rental products
* Build awareness of AVR within local corporate community
* Become actively integrated with key local networking groups
* Build high levels of customer satisfaction
* Sales metrics reports, measured daily, weekly and monthly against agreed sales actively and performance targets
* As this is a new operation it is expected that candidates will need to be entrepreneurial, hands on, flexible and display high energy levels to succeed
