Job Summary
• Responsible for ensuring the all provisioning activities are scheduled appropriately and completed in timely manner as per the vendor SLAs.
Main Responsibilities
• Monitor the scheduling and allocation of provision appointments, ensuring that they are appointed to the provision workforce/vendor.
• Monitor provisioning activities (including jeopardy management), and quality check provisioning documentation before passing to Customer Care function.
• Monitor and ensure the provision testing is being conducted by the vendor and notify any faults identified.
• Follow-up with the vendor on the completion of the provisioning ensuring that all network topology data and information is forward to the Customer Care team for updating.
• Follow and receive acceptance from Wholesale Customer on the provisioning activities once completed
• Update the Customer Care Desk on status on the provisioning activities in timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain and update complete records of provisioned services with activation dates.
• Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities as illustrated in the authority matrix.
• This covers the key responsibilities to be performed, but is not all inclusive. It doesn't preclude other responsibilities from being assigned and undertaken.
