SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
As a recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for identifying, source and place candidates with demanding and exacting client's requirements, whether it is from both our existing customers or by a range of business development activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Bring in new vacancies by initiating sales calls, research and networking
• Develop a closer working relationship to gain trust and confidence to promote business and services
• Closing sales calls, working to demanding targets and have a desire to make a difference for both your clients and candidates.
• Find 'Out of the box' tailor made solutions to client's unique requirements.
• Manage recruitment process to quickly, efficiently and fully service the needs of clients.
• Identifying suitable candidates for difficult to fill roles by use of industry contacts by headhunting them through referral and recommendation
• Generate leads for Business Development to increase the company's client portfolio
• Effectively sell and market yourself, the company and services.
• Build candidates and clients database of highly qualified professionals within your specialised market.
• Gain 'Preferred Supplier status' with large clients
• Record all activities within ND & Associates internal CRM
• Perform monthly business review (MBR's) to analyse and determine ways of improvements
• Maintain currency with recruitment practices such as those relating to on-line services.
