Social Media Specialist will primarily be responsible for the community management, content marketing and day-to-day tactical execution of all social media activity for eyeofriyadh.com client's various brands. This individual will work with Marketing, Communications, Consumer Relations, Graphics and Sales to gather and create branded content, ensuring consistency across multiple marketing channels, under the strategic direction of the Digital Marketing Manager and agency support.
Primary Responsibilities will include:
Monitor social mentions of brands, products and competitors via client's social listening platform.
Respond to all user-generated inquiries and manage social communities for all social platforms.
Develop content for all brand websites, online promotions and emails.
Assist in planning and executing all social media initiatives and promotions.
Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly social analytics for the purposes of campaign optimization and internal distribution.
Engage in blog outreach and maintain relationships with key industry influencers.
Create and maintain content calendars for all social media profiles for client brands under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager and agency support.
Continually identify new strategic and tactical opportunities in social marketing.
