Job description for the position of Director of Sales.
Client is a reputed name in Real Estate world.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education/Qualification: Any graduate
Overall Experience: 10+ yrs
Relevant Experience: 3-10 yrs
Good stability required
Experience in real estate/life insurance sales
Job location is lebenon
Nationality should be lebenon

Role & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in market area.
- Implementing quality and customer-service standards, identifying trends, determining system improvements, initiating corrective action & change.
- Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports.
- Sustaining rapport with key clients, exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
- Managing client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
- Maintaining contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses.
- Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects.
- Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations.
- Reviewing operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
- Maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity report.
- Providing information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Controlling expenses and accounts to meet budget guidelines and limitations.
- Assessing the real estate investment environment.
- Building solid investor/client relations.
- Evaluating zoning and tax laws, demographics, property values and traffic patterns to determine whether a property is a good investment for the clients.
- Negotiating the terms and conditions for real estate contracts

Management of Sales Administration team
• Supervising and managing sales performance
• Preparing yearly sales plans and forecasts
• Negotiation of contracts
• Controlling client sales force
• Competitor Marketing analysis
• Ensuring that consumer needs are met
