Reports To: Finance Director
Subordinates: 4 Financial Analysts
The Main Purpose of the role:
• Abide to groups reporting policies
• Deal with all issues related to reporting
• Send reports to local Management and Corporate
The main areas of responsibility:
• Review information on SAP system such as sales purchases, sales reports and production reports
• Report whether the company is in profit or loss on each product
• Analyze profit and loss line by line
• Review performance figures of each product compared to past figures
• Analyze the data, monitoring the cost of each item purchased, the running cost of producing each item against the profit
• Ensure adherence to corporate reporting guidelines
• Ensure that all Regional Units comply to Corporate policies and procedures

• Reporting deadlines must be met
• Meet project deadlines

• Accounts department

Flexibility in having to carry out a range of different tasks:
• Structured role as timelines set for reporting
Work allocation, review and approval:
• Reporting deadlines set by corporate
• Reports reviewed and approved by Regional Budgeting & Controlling Manager, Finance Director and General Manager before sending to corporate
• Regional Senior Financial Analyst allocates work to subordinates on a daily basis
Decision making authority:
• Makes scheduling and daily work decisions.
• All main decisions taken by management
Equipments/Tools used:
• SAP
• Excel
• MS Office
Unusual features of the job:
• Travel to Regional locations such as Jordan, KSA
Major Problems encountered when carrying out role:
• Time difference between Middle East and Corporate Office in USA
