Operates semi-automatic and fully automatic sheeting machines to cut or slice the board or paper from roll to sheet as per the required size. Operational understanding about PASSABAN & CHM Sheeter machine will be preferable.
Operate 1-roll & 2- roll stands running sheeter machine with a variety of board/ paper weights, sizes with precise measuring, accurate calculating, mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
To plan in advance Pre make ready (PMR) ahead to minimize set up time. Work closely with the production supervisor to achieve the daily production plan.
Grasp the benefits from the learning environment which the company provides. Enhance the learning culture through Implementing and using the training tools provided by the company.
To provide the adequate on job technical training to improve the skills of the Helper.
Maintaining a positive attitude towards his job, supervisors, and colleagues.
Operates sheeter machine in order to produce final sheeted material based on specifications mentioned on Process Slip or Job bag.
Maintains records of work in progress & examines completed jobs to determine if quality standards are met.
Adopt a positive attitude to encourage effective communication and teamwork.
Knowledge of operating standard fork trucks and roll clamp attachments truck.
Maintain general housekeeping
