ABOUT THIS JOB
Baker Hughes is looking for a Marketing Support Specialist and Department Administrator to help with the Drill Bit product line for their Saudi Arabia Operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Under general supervision from the Product Line Manager, the successful candidate will:
· Provide marketing, sales and technical support for the drill bit product line.
· Be the Geomarket focal point for activity, market and sales tracking information.
· Assist with market and product analysis
· Produce performance recaps and record run flyers.
· Assist the preparation of bids, presentations and proposals.
· Assist with travel arrangements for the team and incoming visitors.
· Handle special projects as assigned.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have:
· Good working knowledge of current computer technology and software, including Microsoft Office and SAP.
· Excellent organization skills and be able to handle many tasks at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
· Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree (business, communications or marketing preferred).
2+ years of relevant experience in a similar field.
