Role Summary/Purpose
Essential Responsibilities
Key roles: Establish long term account development plan linking the customer's strategy and growth plan with GEPC added value to the customer Establish strong relationships with client at all level across the organization Make sure that GEPC is, as a minimum, an accepted vendor, preferably the recommended supplier Identify leads before RFQ process, and promote GE PC solutions to the clients Navigate the customer organization in order to influence the RFQ process (at pre-feed stages) together with product leadership & engineering team Drive negotiation of standards Comments &Deviations and T&Cs1 Preferred point of contact for the client at every stage of the projects (pre feed, RFQ, execution & after sales) Mobilize and coordinate multi-functional (engineering, commercial, manufacturing) and multi-regional teams to reach client satisfaction Empowerment: Cross functional leadership Drive actions on bids & projects related to his client with support of cross-functional resources Escalate decision to high level in internal organization Negotiate T&Cs and C&Ds conditions (if needed)1 Develop and enforce account plan Accountable for: Qualification of solutions, products and facilities Quality of relationship & client satisfaction Account development (e.g. orders, penetration)
Qualifications/Requirements
Technical skills:Understanding of Power Conversion solutionsUnderstanding of client needs and ability to link with GEPC solutionsBusiness skills: Strategic thinkingAbility to identify new business opportunities for EM with extended scope of supplyCommercial skills : good negotiation, understanding of financial and legal aspects of a contract (especially with EPCs)Ability to influence client and push GE PC products & solutionsPersonal skills:Strong relationship builderExplorer mindsetAbility to lead cross-functional teams within GEPCClear communicator
