Key Responsibilities
- Greets visitors
- Handles incoming calls
- Performs general administrative duties
- May assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks
- Responsible for petty cash
- Supervise office drivers to ensure all deliveries and collections are completed on time
- Taking care of P.O. Box, hot-line; coordinate and follow up with Post, etc
- Taking care of the kitchen/kitchen equipment
Competencies
- Experience in similar role or client servicing
- Good organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English German is advantage
- Good attention for details
