• Effectively managing all activities within the restaurant, take away and delivery in order to ensure optimum results are achieved across all facets of the operation, in line with targets, policies and procedures.
• Maintain and supervise good customer service and serve Guests according to outlet standards in order to ensure Guest satisfaction
• Work in close cooperation with all other key departments in the business to ensure a smooth operation
• Utilizing resources to the food cost by practicing economy of inventory items to ensure sufficient supplies and minimize cost by avoiding wastage and spoilages
• Implementation of new policies and procedures and monitoring of existing standards
• Ensure Employee Development train/guide/motivate your team members to achieve highest quality and standards are met. Plan and conduct on and off job training on monthly basis in order to achieve service standards and knowledge of staff
• Develop and implement new promotions in order to attract guests and meet revenue targets
• Attend and conduct daily briefing ensuring efficient communication with all team members to have smooth and efficient service of outlet.
• Prepare duty rosters according to the forecast in order to ensure adequate manpower for operational needs, maintaining budgets and costs.
• Monitor the outlet's revenue budget and maintain control of operational costs
