Regional Operations Manager – Relocation Services - Move One Inc Aug 26th 2013, 05:47 Manage the day to day running of the Relocation Consultants, Immigration Consultants and Property Specialists in the Middle East region. Develop and implement streamlined operation processes to support the services delivered. Assure service delivery KPIs and SLAs are met. Develop and implement metrics to understand the appropriate staffing levels for optimum performance. Support Sales Representatives on sales calls as the subject matter expert (SME), as needed. Develop and maintain the appropriate network and partnerships with vendors and suppliers across the ME region. Attend pre-selected relocation trade conferences focusing on the ME region in order to give the company better visibility and customer reach.
