Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reform of the iron and steel number hand clamps, chains, equipment and structures of metal parts used in manual or automatic hammers.
- Selection of the metal pieces to be manufactured and cut according to the required sizes and erection and dismantling of the gates scissors manual or mechanic.
- Heating the metal pieces in a small furnace or other heating means.
- Put coins on the anvil and Maintained by pliers, composition and methods of cutting and drilling.
- Reheating cutting metal parts, and adding an adjuvant to the smelting and welding and linked by roads with a hammer.
- Measurement and soften the metal pieces and fixed by heat-formed or roads.
- Manufacture and repair equipment and steel manufactures.
- Manufacture and installation of iron or link chains or making doors
Reading and preparation of preliminary drawings, engineering, and prepare a preliminary filming for the part to be modified or synthesized
- Select and collect materials and parts such as pipes and plates, wires and panels
- Cleaning materials and spare work mineral mattresses and sheets sandpaper
- Remove paint and rust and dirt and grease
- Examination of work pieces to discover sections and material defects
- Preparation of work pieces for welding process to cut off and write off the rims
- The use of different welding processes such as welding gas, electricity and gas protective welding and flame cutting and welding of plastic welding
- The use of different welding devices machines varnishing
- Surface treatment work pieces ready -own the company and grinding, coating and impregnation
المهام و المسؤوليات:
إصلاح العدد الحديدية والفولاذية كالأدوات اليدوية والمشابك والسلاسل والمعدات وأجزاء الهياكل المعدنية مستخدما في ذلك مطارق يدوية أو آلية.
اختيار القطع المعدنية المراد تصنيعها و قصها حسب الأحجام المطلوبة وتركيب وفك البوابات بمقص يدوي أو ميكانيكي.
- تسخين القطع المعدنية في فرن صغير أو بوسيلة تسخين أخرى.
- وضع القطع المعدنية على سندان و مسكها بواسطة كماشة وتشكيلها بالطرق والقطع والثقب.
- إعادة تسخين أجزاء القطع المعدنية، و إضافة مادة مساعده للصهر وللحام وربطها عن طريق الطرق بالمطرقة.
- قياس وتليين القطع المعدنية وإصلاحها بواسطة تشكيلها بالحرارة أو الطرق.
- صنع المعدات وإصلاحها والمصنوعات الحديدية.
- صناعة و تركيب حديد أو صنع سلاسل ربط او صنع ابواب
- قراءة وإعداد الرسومات الأولية والهندسية وإعداد تصوير مبدئي للجزء المراد تعديله أو تصنيعه
- إختيار وجمع المواد والأجزاء مثل الأنابيب والصفائح والأسلاك والألواح
- تنظيف المواد وقطع العمل بالفرَش المعدنية وأوراق الصنفرة والجلاخات
- إزالة الصبغ والصدأ والوسخ والشحم
- فحص قطع العمل لاكتشاف المقاطع وعيوب المادة
- إعداد قطع العمل لعملية اللحام بقطع وشطب الحافات
- إستعمال عمليات اللحام المختلفة مثل اللحام بالغاز وبالكهرباء واللحام الوقائي بالغاز والقطع باللهب ولحام البلاستيك واللحام
- إستعمال أجهزة اللحام المختلفة والجلاخات ومكائن الورنشة
- معالجة سطوح قطع العمل الجاهزة بالورنشة الخاصة بالشركة والتجليخ والطلاء والتشريب
