About the role:
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for :
* Achieving annual sales & margin target
* Generating sales by liaising with the contractors, clients and consultant
* Actively participating in the management of key Accounts and identify potential new Key Account Customers
* Creating and maintaining account plans for each key account
* Managing and updating sales funnel
* Creating an understanding through out the business of the concepts of Key Account Management
* Conducting business in an ethical manner as laid out in the company's ethical policy
* Complying with all company procedures and policies
* Ensuring that all customer communication is maintained and answered to
* Ensuring that all the documents relating to presales are done thorouly such as like site surveys
* Attending all the important meetings with the clients along with the project execution and maintain minutes
* Monitoring the payments of the projects as per the progress
* Liaising with the project coordinator and fulfilling all the requirements that are important for project execution
* Liaising with other departments for completion reports and certificates
* Checking the items that are used for execution of the contracts
* Updating the item deviation login for any case of inconsistency or non-conformity
