About the job: Parts Sales Representative for Retail is responsible for catering all parts requirements and in over all Manage Retail business on daily basis, by following company guidelines and instructions received from Line Manager. Your job role will include the following: * Attend Customers at the Parts Sales Counter and provide support with required standard for all brands represent the company. * Attend workshop technicians, identify parts required and process material issue slips in system. * Advise Customers on replacement of related parts and benefits of using genuine parts. * Receive customer's enquiries and identify correct part numbers using Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC) * Ensure quotations, sales orders, sales returns, warranties and application of customer discounts performed as e standard operating procedure. *  Follow-up of special ordered parts and timely update Service Dept. *  Upon receipt, Liaise delivery of Special ordered Parts to Service Customer. * Thorough Knowledge of E.P.C (Electronic Parts Catalog). *  Required Good inter personal skill and attention to details *  Required able to work under pressure to deliver the job on time *  Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) *  Liaise Local Parts procurement to Service via Supplier.   Job Details Date Posted: 2013-11-05 Job Location: United Arab Emirates Job Role: Sales Company Industry: Automotive Preferred Candidate Career Level: Mid Career Apply Now - Jobs in UAE - Sales Jobs in UAE - Search All Jobs
