Job Scope: Responsible for assisting the Technical Manager in running the day-to-day operations at ABC Ashrafieh.
Main duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervise technicians under his responsibility for performance, quality of workmanship and attendance at work;
• Prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with workload and priorities;
• Prepare monthly utility consumption reports and keep constant survey of correct calibration of all utility recording instruments;
• Check timely completion of maintenance requests;
• Report to the Technical Manager any abnormal conditions noticed at any time regarding the life and fire safety related to equipments, installations and assets;
• Maintain safety, health and environmental policies and procedures;
• Review daily reports, maintenance reports, preventive maintenance schedules, purchase requests, stock, refueling and working hours reports prepared by team leaders;
• Modify schedules or plans as required;
• Conduct a quality check of all documents and reports, verifying accuracy of data, information and calculations;
• Monitor operation of plant equipment and systems;
• Track, analyze and improve key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, Preventive Maintenance (PM) and schedule compliance;
• Prepare daily reports regarding all service calls (work order) performance, pending, closed and postponed;
• Support the Technical Manager by providing reports against contractual commitments;
• Implement energy saving campaigns to promote the efficient use of energy utilities;
• Prepare specifications for sub contracted works and maintenance contracts;
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
