About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join the Trading Enterprises team in Dubai. The key responsibilities of this role will include:
* Achieve volume and net margin budget for Used Cars.
* Minimize financial risk through close control of Retail and Trade disposal routes and vehicle ageing
* Maintain cost control, debtor control and adherence to all Company policy and procedures
* Meet vehicle stock turn targets
* The purchasing of vehicles to ensure adequate stock levels to achieve targets.
* Achieve highest possible Customer Satisfaction scores.
* Develop a performance culture throughout every site.
* Provide support for all branches to achieve Used car targets
* Develop team underwriting and used car sales skills through controls, coaching and training
* Develop and implement best practice and analyze the business to identify strengths/development areas.
* Ensure first class retail presentation standards
