About the Role:
We are looking to recruit a Customer Relationship Executive - Lotus to work in Dubai.
Job Purpose:
To represent the company & brand values with all customer interaction. To be the first part of the link in the customer experience related to sales & service enquires culminating in the sale of a Lotus through the after sales experience. Confidently handling all initial customer concerns and feeding back to higher management when required. Working closely with colleagues to contribute to the employee & customer engagement programs to consistently maintain the highest levels of engagement. Handling the sales of all Lotus originals merchandising and inventory control for all Lotus originals merchandise.
Your role will include the following:
* Handling all inbound telephone communications, logging telephone calls in the Fastrack data capture, details including reasons for call and forwarding to relevant team members, subject to availability,
* Professionally handling all customer face to face sales or service related enquires. New or existing in order to hand over to the relevant staff member.
* Controlling all Lotus merchandise enquires & sales, via walk-in, telephone or web. Stock aging control for all merchandising in stock. ( No targets can be given at this time for this area)
* Controlling merchandise inventory monitoring sales and controlling order process for new merchandise for in store display
* Efficiently and professionally attending to the customer needs, demonstrating an ability to understand their requirements so every enquiry is handled to a timely manner and forwarded on responsibly
* An ability to resolve customer queries efficiently within the company standard operating procedures, before escalating to the direct line manager
* Ensure that the customer receives the World's warmest welcome at the first point of contact with us.
* Proactively interacting as part of the team to help create and maintain the highest levels of employee & customer engagement
* Providing excellent customer service as per company policy and procedures
