NOTE: This position is based in Riyadh or Dammam.
- Understand and comply with policies, procedures, and instructions of Rolaco.
- Implement the Sales Policy of the branch within the frame and sales policy of the company.
- Coordinates with the Sales Manager for the application of the policy.
- Direct & Follow up with Sales Representatives.
- Report to Sales Manager for Credit Facilities & payment terms to be granted to client.
- Follow up with Sales Representatives & Finance & Accounting Department for Payments & Receipts related to his branch.
- Boost the Sales by visiting the clients, querying their needs, & looking for possible complaints or problems.
- Suggest recruitment of needed staff.
- Continuously present reports to Sales Manager & General Manager about operation Activities in Branch.
- Coordinate with Customs Clearing & Vehicle Control Supervisor for Clearing goods from port.
- Reply to requests, quote inquiries, & follow up with customers.
- Perform other tasks for the Division within its scope of work when instructed by his upper line of authority as per Org. chart.
