- Understand and comply with policies, procedures, and instructions of Rolaco.
- Execute the Sales Policy of the company.
- Be aware of products specification & performance.
- Receives & handles Clients' inquiries.
- Delivers Goods from Stock.
- Issues Invoices.
- Adjust Stock status in his outlet.
- Make reports on cash or cheques, & deliver to Finance & Accounting Department as per Company Policy.
- Receives, handles, & finds solutions to customer claims.
- Report to Sales Supervisor & attend coordination meetings.
- Make Orders to replenish stock as needed.
- Perform other tasks for the Division within its scope of work when instructed by his upper line of authority as per Org. chart.
