As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering all financial reporting responsibilities for the local operation through robust controls and adherence to established corporate policy. You will take charge of outlining and rolling out the systems and procedures in accordance with Head Office requirements.
Other duties will include:
• Responsibility for local sales offices, ensuring effective revenue collection and control ling both capital and operating expenses. You will also maintain the approved budget limits for the country.
• Participation in budget preparations for all areas of the business (Finance, Commercial & Operations)
• Developing your staff and maintaining their performance
• Ensuring the Finance Cell works to optimum performance and is able to meet target dates for MIS and other reporting requirements
• Ensuring all policies are adhered to and financial transactions are in line with internal accounting procedures
• Co-ordinate and administer periodic and ad hoc internal and external audits
