1. Conducts and applies market research in air conditioning and related industries in order to identify potential sales and marketing gaps and opportunities focusing on direct expansion air conditioning market and after sales market.
2. Develops and implements marketing strategies and media plans at local level, following local/regional management guidelines.
3. Creates designs and ensures that marketing collaterals (i.e. printing materials, audio, and visual messages, etc) about the company establish the brand in line with Carrier's global image, notably in quality and energy efficiency leadership.
4. Participates in events that support the company business streams (such as dealer events, retailer events, red carpet meeting, various trainings, etc…).
5. Develops and manages the marketing budget based on business units inputs. Interacts with other marketing personnel in the region to source best practices and transfer knowledge to local offices.
6. Assists company events, press conferences, and client training programs that will create market awareness, penetrate untapped markets, and create leads for business.
