Office Administrator
Boeing is seeking an Office Administrator in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Description
• Assist in preparing presentations and letters to Customers.
• Obtain Base Passes for RSAF HQ, Riyadh Air Base, RSNF, RSLFAC and other related government sites.
• Deliver/ Pick up company correspondence/ proposals to & from Customers in a timely manner as instructed.
• Provide administrative support.
• Coordinate and make domestic and international business travel arrangements.
• Generate expense reports; assist in reconciling/verifying payments to corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and collect/compile data to provide visibility of status for travelers review and/or signature.
• Create edits and maintain electronic and written communication both in Arabic and English.
• Track and maintain information relative to department and business operations.
• Verbally communicate a wide variety of information to multiple audiences.
• Set up WebEx and telecons as needed.
• Maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics.
• Appropriately communicate a wide variety of information to multiple audiences.
• Manage Outlook calendars and virtual resource tools to support appointments, meetings, events and business travel.
• Team with others to provide seamless support for the organization.
• Coordinate area requirements with other OAs.
• Provide back-up support to other OAs as required by management.
• Work under limited supervision.
• Serve as an interpreter (Arabic/English) for meetings if required.
• Compile statistics and information as required.
• Process and screen incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information.
• Coordinate with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources.
• Orders and maintains office supplies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• This job may be level B or level C and will determined by the level of experience and qualifications of the selected candidate, in relation to the scope and responsibility of the position.
Your profile
You should be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
• Ability to type in Arabic and in English.
• Ability to use Microsoft office.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English, speaking, reading and writing.
• Strong planning and time management skills. Ability to identify critical action items, follow-up items and strategic calendar planning.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Do you have Saudi Arabian nationality?
Do you have the ability to speak and write in Arabic and in English?
Do you have the ability to type in Arabic and in English?
Typical Education/Experience:
Has at least High school certificate and at least 8 years of experience in Office Administration or university degree and at least 4 years of experience in Office Administration (Only university degrees from universities that have been accredited by the Ministry of High Education in Saudi Arabia will be considered as valid).
