PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Junior HR Project Consultant will drive and support HR projects as part of our fast expanding operation in Dubai. They will have the personality and business acumen potential to drive/ support projects or work streams that may span organizational boundaries, including multiple HR pillars. The Junior HR Project Consultant will complete their assigned tasks in time and quality.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Scope Management
* Assist with project coordination, planning and management as well as early escalation
* Ensure project success in regards to business value
Schedule Management
* Capture project matrix and ensure they are clearly communicated to the project management team
* Ensure project success in regards to schedule
Cost Management
* Ensure project success in regards to budget
Resource Management
* Manage a sub-project group to supervise and represent a team within a large HR project/ program
Risk and Issue Management
* Proactively identifying and escalating risks and issues before they occur
Communication and Change Management
* Assist/ support communication and change management activities as needed
Quality Management
* Ensure proper use of methodology, tools and procedures
* Ensure project success in regard to quality
WORK EXPERIENCE
* Interested in personal career development, particularly in the HR or Project Management field
* Able to develop in to a respected and trusted member of the HR function
