Sales & Leasing Consultants-(Property Agents) - Better Homes Mar 25th 2013, 07:59 1. Carrying out the day-to-day functions of Sales and/OR Leasing (in those territories assigned to you) either independently or in conjunction with other Sales & Leasing Agents. 2. Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their Sales and Rental requirements until such time as the appropriate property is found. 3. Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients and briefing the Sales & Leasing Manger promptly on any significant issues arising from those contacts. 4. Coordinating the release of advertisements in newspaper and attending calls for advertised properties. Following up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available for entry into the relevant system. 5. Preparing adequate and complete supporting documentation for submission to the Finance division to ensure accurate, timely remittances.
