Managing a Sales Territory for AGDA, as an exclusive local distribution partner for Align Technology (Invisalign), and selling Orthodontic Products, the individual will be responsible for managing the Invisalign business within their defined geography, with their primary objective being to achieve Operational Plan in line with company and country strategic objectives. The Sales Representative should accomplish this through detailed account and territory planning that includes but is not limited to; establishing account relationships with customers and potential customers, supporting the educational pathway, practice development including the provision of practice events aimed at business generation as well as proactively communicating with customers and non-customers.
The Sales Representative should look upon his/her territory as 'his/her business' and be willing to take responsibility for its planning and development in what is a high growth business.
The territory is an assigned area in the UAE, with a support function for the countries Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman. Office base is Dubai. Frequent travel within the mentioned territory is required.
